If you have, or the store has requested a Custom Shipping quote, we will have received the request almost instantly.
However, what happens next can take anywhere from a few mins to a day or so - it entirely depends on what's in the basket and where you are live! Some areas are harder to ship to than others, and large items can be problematic.
We may send you a reply with questions, would you like the larger items slit and folded for example, or some different options from couriers.
Once we have the pricing, we will send you back a link to the basket/cart on the store where you can complete your purchase.
During busy periods, this may take a while - it is not an automated/instant process.
